Verse 1-3 starts with one word each, Rejoice, Praise and Sing!  Because God is truth, we should know He will make all things well if we trust Him.  There is no need to wait to see if your problem will turn out in your favor, because he spoke truth before He made us, he knows everything will be made right if we trust Him!
