Psalms 29:1-11 (KJV) 1 [[A Psalm of David.]] Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

Mighty-  those who have influence.

He who has friends must show himself friendly.

Give him what is beauty and make sure it shows you made it distinguishable.  In your business, show the people you made things right.

2 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

Do your best in all you do.  When you come together feel good about what you did and praise God for making it so.  Do a great job!

3 The voice of the LORD [is] upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD [is] upon many waters.

God is near. As near as the waters and the sounds of nature.

4 The voice of the LORD [is] powerful; the voice of the LORD [is] full of majesty.

God’s voice is great and his voice is right.  To hear the truth is priceless.

5 The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

Cedar is hardwood.  His voice breaks hard hearts.

6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

Whenever hard hearts hear the voice of God and obeys, it makes one light on the foot.

7 The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.

God referred to fire when the Holy Ghost fell.  The fire was used when the children did evil in the sight of  God and the fire consumed them.

The flames are one.  God’s voice divides the flame.  Which part of the fire do you want to be acquainted with?

8 The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

The word of God shakes people who are left without structure.

9 The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of [his] glory

God produces and who He gives life to explores. And returns to worship God.

10 The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.

God sits on problems. God is King over everything and everyone.

11 The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

The people of God will have the ability to show strength in all we do according to his Word.
