Psalm 53

53 The fool hath said in his heart,  no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity:  none that doeth good.

We normal identify a person who says with his lips that God does not exist.  But anyone who speaks in his heart by the way he operates is a fool if he does not acknowledge God.  If you are corrupt you say there is no God.  If you commit abominable iniquities, you say no God.  Any person who commits to sin is no good.

God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were  that did understand, that did seek God.

Genesis 6, God repented he made man.  He gave men a deadline and man continued to ignore the Word of God.  God saw that none sought him.  We have plenty of churches that refuse to heed to the Word of God.  If we refuse to seek God we will not do anything right.  It takes the Word of God to bring light to everything we need and it is found in the Word of God.

Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy;  none that doeth good, no, not one.

When we go back, that means we left the Word of God.  When we leave God who is light, we become filthy; Any organization where the Word of God is ignored is a waste of time.

Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

People who live without God have no knowledge.  They use people and they do not seek God's Word.

There were they in great fear,  no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth  thee: thou hast put to shame, because God hath despised them.

Once you didn't fear.  Now you fear because God stepped and paid you according to your evil deeds or dealings.

Oh that the salvation of Israel were  out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

David longs for the delivery of Israel.  God will bring help out of people who are known to be rejected.  Those people who are held captives will come back.  Jacob will rejoice in what is going to happen and Israel will be glad because they lived to see it happen.
