Condemnation: expression of a very strong disapproval; action of condemning someone to a punishment sentencing.

75 Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

We give thanks, WE GIVE THANKS for your Name is near your wondrous works announces it officially!

When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

When I have the opportunity to serve your people, I will judge honestly.

The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

The world's system is falling apart daily:  I speak Your Word and keep it from totally falling apart.

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

I hold the pillars of the world's way by telling them to stop being wicked and do not start fights.

Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

Do not come against the Word of the Lord.  Humble yourselves.

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

Nothing by men can be promoted by men.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

God positions everyone.

For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

Good wine is poured out to God's people.  Wine with stones in it is given to the wicked and they have to work extra hard to get what is good.

But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

I have made up my mind I will sing songs that show that God is to be praised!

10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

The wicked ways will be cut.  The strength of the righteous will be exalted.  Those people in authority who have the heart of God will make sure the wicked will not prosper in his company and he that does right will be promoted.
