50 The mighty God, even the Lord, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.

God called everyone on earth from every time zone.

2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.

I wanted you to know where you can find me.  I will be found in the last place you left me.  I never went anywhere.  Same God in the same place.

3 Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

God will take the stage!

4 He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.

Heaven and earth will witness God's judgment!

5 Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

Call the saints that offered burnt offerings first.

6 And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.

The solar system shall make known his righteousness.

7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.

Israel I want to see you first.  I have a problem with your behavior.

8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.

It is not your offering I have a problem with.

9 I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.

I do not want any food.

10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

I don't want you to give me what is already mine.

11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.

I know all the animals.

12 If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

I am full.

13 Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?

Do I look like I need you to give me something to eat?

14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:

What did you promise me?  Pay up!

15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Talk to me!  Stop ignoring me!

16 But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?

Now as for you who know my Son, how did you make a difference in this world? How did you represent me?

17 Seeing thou hatest instruction, and casteth my words behind thee.

You hated My Word!!!!!!!!  And threw My Word aside?

18 When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.

You know people who steal and you bargained with them.

19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.

You lie!  And you frame people.

20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son.

You sit relaxed and comfortably talk about your brother! And you cause your kin folk to ignore the words given by your kin who knows me.  You say she is 'crazy'!!! 

21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.

You thought I agreed with you!  Just because I am silent does not me I consent in what you do that is wrong.  I saw you and believe me I will respond in a way you will not like.

22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.

Examine yourself and take heed to my words.

23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.

If you repent I will bless you.  Watch your mouth!!!
