BRENDAONLINE.COM Psalms 29:1-11 (KJV) 1 [[A Psalm of David.]] Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.  Mighty-  those who have influence. He who has friends must show himself friendly.   Give him what is beauty and make sure it shows you made it distinguishable.  In your business, show the people you made things right. 2 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.  Do your best in all you do.  When you come together feel good about what you did and praise God for making it so.  Do a great job! 3 The voice of the LORD [is] upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD [is] upon many waters.  God is near. As near as the waters and the sounds of nature. 4 The voice of the LORD [is] powerful; the voice of the LORD [is] full of majesty.  God’s voice is great and his voice is right.  To hear the truth is priceless. 5 The voice of the LORD breaketh the ceda...

Psalm 28

brendaonline.com This Psalms identifies David wanting to be distinguished from being in any wise wicked. He asked God to remove him from the grounds of the wicked.  The Word of God exposes wrong in people who claim to be right.  When we behave in a manner of deception of any kind, we are labeled as wicked if we continue in that wrong behavior of sin.  Ahab and Jezebel were a wicked well-known married couple.  Being a wicked leader caused those who followed them to be as there were.   We must shower in the Word of God to be examined for what God will approve of or not approve of in our lives.   To miss meeting with God on a daily basis, we will develop ungodly responses and behaviors.  Being a sinner is not on the same level as being wicked.  Wicked people are mostly found in and around religious people who refuse to live by what they pick and choose to live from in the Word of God.  Sinners are people who missed the mark or sometimes hav...

Psalm 25

Brendaonline.com David prays for leadership in how to lead people.  David did not want his sins to be a blockage for unanswered prayers for Israel.  David mentions several times in this psalm about the sins he did.  He asked God to forget them and listen to his heart because of the pain he was having.   Leaders must seek God in how to lead people.  David felt the pain of Israel and wanted release for the people gave him charge over.  We need leaders in all walks of life to pray.  No matter who you lead, a good leader will see and feel the need of people, and sometimes it will cause the leader to feel pain.  David cries out to God and God responded and we can see His response as we read the entire life of David in the Word of God. 25  Unto thee, O  Lord , do I lift up my soul. Dear Lord, I am coming to you.   2  O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. Lord, I trust Your Word. ...

Brendaonline.com 24   The earth is the  Lord 's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. God is the father and he takes total ownership of his responsibility to man.  He is Lord over all he made.  Unlike man who refuses to allow him to be God, he is the Father and he provides well for all his children. 2  For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Earth was formed from water.  As impossible as it may sound  to the mind, God created earth out of water and then he channeled water through the earth allowing it to flow to nurish it by means of rivers. 3  Who shall ascend into the hill of the  Lord ? or who shall stand in his holy place? Who qualifies to stand in the presence of God or who can stand in his stead? 4  He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. The one that can represent Him is Jesus the Christ, who has cl...

They are  usually very quiet and gentle , holding themselves aloof from the world. In a herd, all the sheep tend to listen to their leaders and show esteem to them. Because of their obedient character, sheep are among the most popular animals beloved by mankind. I shall not want-  You will provide all my needs. 2  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. The behaviour of sheep: Sheep are grazing animals that eat grasses and other low-growing vegetation and ruminate (chew the cud). brendaonline.com 22  My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? David went through some challenging encounters.  So much he thought God had forsaken him.  We cannot take it for granted that David's life was hunted by Saul.  Jesus said these same words.  These words coming from two different people tell us how much both of them looked to God. 2  O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. I can't find you, Lord, daytime I am running, nighttime I am hiding.  Do you hear me when I pray? 3  But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. You don't ignore people when they cry.  You are known for how you judge righteously for people.  I do not understand you now. 4  Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses trusted in you and you deliver th...
